- "Spooky Xmas" Coloring Book by Southern Lotus Coloring Book
- Ohuhu Markers (Y010, V230, V250, R24, R17, P5)
- White Acrylic Pen (for stars and glowing dots)
Step 1: Draw the Curve Line with Y010
Start by drawing a curved line in the middle of the sky using Y010. This curve will act as the center of the galaxy, splitting the sky into two halves and guiding the direction of the blending.
Step 2: Add Additional Curves with V230
Take the curve from Step 1 as the center and draw two more curves on both sides of it using V230. These layers will help create the illusion of depth and movement in the galaxy.
Step 3: Build Layers with V250, R24, and R17
Continue adding curves with V250, R24, and R17. Move your marker in circular motions to blend the shades smoothly, enhancing the gradient effect and seamless color transitions.
Step 4: Cover the Rest of the Sky with P5
Fill in the remaining sky with P5, a deep blue shade, to create a rich and dark backdrop for the galaxy. This makes the brighter colors pop against the night sky.
Step 5: Add Stars and Glow with White Acrylic Pen
Use a white acrylic pen to dot small stars and draw larger glowing dots throughout the sky. Vary the size of the stars to create a natural, twinkling effect, and add random sparkles for a magical finish.
Your page now showcases a breathtaking night sky that brings a cosmic and enchanting vibe to your coloring project. This technique is perfect for creating galaxy-inspired backgrounds and works beautifully with the magical designs in the Southern Lotus Coloring Book.
