- Ohuhu Markers (Black 120, G140, G120, G110, Y070, Y040, Y030, RV280, RV030, RV130, G326, G322, G320)
- White Acrylic Pen (for highlights)
Step 1: Color the Cable Light
Begin by using Black 120 to fill in the cable light. Keep your strokes even to create a clean and bold base for the light bulbs.
Step 2: Create 3D Effect on the Green Light Bulb
Use G140 to color the first light bulb. Move your brush in circular motions, leaving a small white circle at the bottom to act as a natural highlight. This technique builds a 3D effect, giving the bulb a soft, glowing look.
Step 3: Add Glowing Effect with G120 and G110
Apply G120 around the green light bulb, extending slightly outward to create a soft glow. Then, use G110 for an even lighter halo effect. These gradual layers mimic the natural spread of light in a dark environment.
Step 4: Highlight with White Acrylic Pen
Draw two circles around the light bulb with a white acrylic pen to enhance the glow. These subtle highlights emphasize the light's radiance and add a magical, festive feel.
Step 5: Repeat for Other Light Bulb Colors
Repeat the same process to create additional light bulbs in:
Each bulb should have a soft glow effect, with colors blending smoothly from dark to light and white highlights to make them pop.
Your page now showcases beautifully glowing light bulbs that add a cheerful and festive atmosphere to your coloring project. This technique is perfect for creating holiday decorations and complements the playful designs in the Southern Lotus Coloring Book.
