How to Color Raspberry Pattern

A raspberry pattern can add a sweet and playful touch to your coloring pages! Today, we’ll be working on a page from the "Fuzzy In Love", illustrated by Southern Lotus Coloring Book, to create a fun and vibrant raspberry design using Ohuhu Markers. Follow this step-by-step tutorial to bring a bright and fresh look to your artwork!

Materials Needed:

- "Fuzzy In Love" Coloring Book by Southern Lotus Coloring Book

- Ohuhu Markers (GY7, R160, R180, GY3)

- White gel pen (for highlights)

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Apply the First Layer with GY7

Cover the entire page with GY7 to create a light yellow base. This will make the red raspberries pop against the background and add a warm undertone to the overall pattern.

Step 1 - Yellow Base

Step 2: Draw Raspberries with R160

Use R160 to draw small raspberry shapes randomly across the page. Make sure to vary their sizes and orientations to create a natural and dynamic pattern.

Step 2 - Raspberries

Step 3: Add Shadows with R180

Enhance the depth and dimension of the raspberries by adding shadows with R180. Focus on the bottom areas of each raspberry to create a soft 3D effect.

Step 3 - Add Shadows

Step 4: Draw Sepals with GY3

Using GY3, draw the small green sepals at the top of each raspberry. This step adds a fresh and realistic look to your fruit pattern.

Step 4 - Green Sepals

Step 5: Create Random Stems with Spiral Shapes

Continue with GY3 to draw random raspberry stems by sketching small spiral shapes. These whimsical stems bring a fun and lively feel to the design.

Step 5 - Spiral Stems

Step 6: Add Highlights with White Gel Pen

Apply tiny white dots and short lines to the raspberries using a white gel pen. This step creates a shiny and fresh appearance, making the raspberries look juicy and delicious.

Step 6 - Add Highlights

Final Step: Your Cute Raspberry Pattern is Done!

Your page now features a vibrant and adorable raspberry pattern that adds a sweet and refreshing vibe to your coloring project. This technique is perfect for creating fruit-themed designs or adding a playful element to your artwork in the Southern Lotus Coloring Book.
