Spooky season is here, and it’s time to bring your colors, creativity, and favorite Halloween vibes together.
The Southern Lotus Halloween Coloring Challenge 2026 runs from October 1-11, 2026. Everyone will color the same official Halloween coloring page, but how you bring it to life is completely up to you.
Go spooky, pastel, colorful, cozy, dramatic, or cute. Use your favorite markers, colored pencils, crayons, or digital coloring tools. We can’t wait to see how many different styles can come from one coloring page!
For this Halloween coloring challenge, everyone starts with the same official coloring page from Spooky Vibes Vol. 2.
The page features a cute little ghost busy baking in a cozy Halloween kitchen filled with pumpkins, treats, spooky details, and plenty of fun areas to color.
There is no required color palette or coloring technique. Make the page completely your own. Try a classic orange-and-purple Halloween palette, soft spooky pastels, glowing effects, or any combination you love.
Joining the Southern Lotus Halloween Coloring Challenge is easy. Follow these steps to submit your artwork:
1. Get the official coloring page
Download the official Halloween coloring page for free, or color the original page from the Spooky Vibes Vol. 2 Coloring Book.
2. Color it your way
Use markers, colored pencils, crayons, digital coloring, or any coloring medium you enjoy. Make it spooky, cute, colorful, cozy, pastel, bold, or completely unique to your own style.
3. Share your finished artwork
Post your completed coloring page on Instagram and tag @southernlotus.publishing so we can find your entry.
4. Use the official hashtag
Add #southernlotushalloweenchallenge to your Instagram post.
5. Tag two coloring buddies
Tag two friends in the comments and invite them to join the spooky coloring fun too.
6. Keep your account public
Your post must remain public during the challenge period so the Southern Lotus team can view and repost your entry.
Once eligible entries are submitted, Southern Lotus will repost them so the coloring community can discover and support everyone’s creative Halloween artwork.
The three artworks that receive the most likes will become the winners of the Southern Lotus Halloween Coloring Challenge.
