Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 




Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.




How do you ship?


We ship orders using USPS. After your order is processed by one of our facilities we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow along with your order




How do I track the status of my order?


Once an order has been shipped, a shipping notification is automatically sent to your email address, you’ll find your tracking number there!




How do I change my shipping address?


If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].




Cancellations:


If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.




Parcels Damaged In Transit:


If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
